OBJECTIVE:
Make our actor do a very specific motion.

PROCESS:
We took a still frame from an existing and video and then recorded an action using a webcam from a laptop. Wan2.1 took the motion from the reference video and applied it to the still photo.

WHAT WE LEARNED:
While Wan2.1 got some of the motion and nuances correct, it looks like the phone was the incorrect size, however using a video to drive the motion really allowed us to get the kind of performance we would want.
